Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the last item included in the order.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To initiate a withdrawal request, customers must submit their request through their customer account at:

Customers should clearly indicate their decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Returning Goods

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, customers must return the goods within fourteen (14) days from the date they notified us of their decision to withdraw. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon by us.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned goods, or upon receiving proof that the goods have been sent back, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we were informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Refund of Standard Shipping Charges

Where a withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse the original standard delivery costs paid by the customer. Additional charges arising from premium, express, or upgraded shipping methods selected by the customer are not refundable.

Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or personalized products made to the customer's specifications.

• Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.

• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

• Digital content delivered electronically after downloading or streaming has commenced with the customer's consent.

• Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging where such packaging is necessary to preserve the goods.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
